Babakert Urban Crèche

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This is the first urban crèche in Piliscsaba. The house was given a building permit but the city needs some further funding to actually build the crèche.

There are 4 rooms for 12 children each in the wing with the higher roof. The children have their afternoon nap on the big terrace. There is a storage room for the 48 portable little beds behind the sliding door of the wooden facade. In the other wing you can find the servicing units – the kitchen, the management room, the nursing and development rooms, the laundry room and a storage for toys. The land is situated in an area without a specific architectural charater, going through a slow transformation.
